    Hailing from the vibrant culinary scene of Atlanta, Georgia, Chef Dominic Simpson brings more than 25 years of distinguished executive chef experience to The Lawrence. His career has been defined by excellence, innovation, and a deep respect for craft, shaped early through formal training and mentorship under renowned chefs Paul Albrecht and Joel Antunes.

    Chef Simpson’s philosophy centers on quality, seasonality, and precision. His dedication to fresh ingredients and thoughtful execution results in dishes that feel refined yet approachable. Every plate reflects intention, balance, and a commitment to delivering memorable dining experiences.

    In addition to leading the culinary vision at The Lawrence, Chef Simpson serves as Director of Culinary for NorthPointe Hospitality, guiding food and beverage strategy across the portfolio. His leadership ensures consistency, creativity, and elevated guest experiences at every property.
